Privacy policy

ClipForge Uploader is a personal tool operated by Aidan Marchante. It is used only with the operator's own Google accounts and YouTube channels.
What it accesses
- YouTube upload access (youtube.upload): to upload videos the operator created to the operator's own channels and set their publish times.
- YouTube read-only access (youtube.readonly): to show the operator's own channel name and statistics, and to search public Creative Commons videos.
How data is stored and used
- Sign-in tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer, in the ClipForge folder. They are never sent to any server other than Google's.
- No data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
- The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube
This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the token files in the ClipForge folder removes all stored access.
